The farm for sale (called Maso Buffa & Buffa - 1905-2005) is located in the territory of the Napoleonic kingdoms of Bavaria and Italy, of the Empire of Austria and of the subsequent Austro-Hungarian Empire, to then become one of the main theaters of war during the first world war, following which it became part of the Kingdom of Italy. It is a cultural asset of the territory protected by the Italian public administration (in German it is called "Bauernhof" and in the Trentino dialect "màs"). It is located in a panoramic wooded area at km. 1.2 from the town of Cinte Tesino. Over time the farm, which came to me by descent from my father (n. 1905) and he from his grandfather (hence his name Buffa & Buffa - 1905-2005), was divided into two distinct separate properties. The portion for sale is in front of the municipal / forest road and has three independent entrances: two from the road and one from its own private road. Built on three levels above ground with supporting stone masonry and overhanging wooden attic, it was completely renovated to new (from top to bottom) and was reborn in 2005 after more than 40 years of neglect and decay. The materials and construction techniques were the original ones of the Trentino / Tyrolean area and faithfully reflect the original construction on the outside.
