1.1 - GENERAL FRAMEWORK
The perimeter of the scope CHEMITRUST identifies an area located southwest of the Municipality of Codogno. The area is characterized by the presence of the railroad, from production complexes held for sale (CHEMITRUST) and a residential fabric of architectural typology family.
The area is located between Viale San Biagio and the private Via N. Griffini.
1.3 - ACCESS 'AND SERVICES
Well served by the presence of the train station in the immediate vicinity and the urban section of the SP-126 LODIGIANA OSPEDALETTO CODOGNO.
The local network of neighborhood shops up area of this area of Viale San Biagio, ensures a minimum commercial autonomy, although it is mainly the attraction of numerous settlements of medium and large retailers present in Codogno and neighboring areas.

1.6 - ENVIRONMENTAL SITUATION
The area under ARi07 Street Stock Exchange (Scope conversion from manufacturing to commercial) where they insist the buildings that were used as offices, warehouses and laboratories do not present any environmental problems.
The area under private ARi03 Via N. Griffini (Scope conversion from production to directional / commercial / residential) was the subject of a long reclamation started in 1992 that was recently concluded. The Province of Lodi on 7 March 2012 issued a certification on completion of land reclamation as the analytical results certified by ARPA of Lodi confirm that the concentrations of pollutants in soils currently are below the limits for the areas residential.
The first water table that had a high concentration of chloroform (chloroform) was also reclaimed and currently has a concentration of less than 30 ηg / l which is the goal that was originally defined for the reclamation and still is the concentration limit for drinking water provided by Legislative Decree February 2, 2001, n. 31. However this limit is higher than that expected from the recent legislation on land reclamation (Legislative Decree. N. 152/2006), which is 0.15 ηg /)
