The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) of an apartment complex. Its surface area is 45M2, it has a large balcony and it sits right on the side of Lake Lugano.

The apartment with its modern interior has a living room annex bedroom with a sitting and dining area, extendable twin sofa bed and a small bedroom that has one set of bunk beds. The bathroom has a luxurious interior with a toilet, a sink, and a shower cubicle. Other amenities in this apartment are: a radio, a TV, heating, an open kitchen with a two-hob induction stove, a fridge and a microwave oven. From the balcony the view on Lake Lugano, the mountains as well as the beautifully landscaped garden is breath taking.

The resort has a reception area, a bar with a large seating area, a restaurant, several shops and an internet shop. On top of all this we also have a swimming pool, a large garden and various small-sized playgrounds. At the lake you will find a Beach-club sand beach and lounge chairs plus a mooring area for boats.
Porto Letizia is paradise for kids and an ideal place to relax. It is also perfect to go on day trips to ever so many small villages on the borders of Lake Lugano and Lake Como, which is only a short drive from here.
