• Equipment and services

  At the end of the 1800, on a small rise, a nobleman built a wonderful residence in Nucci's ranch for him and his family. At first the residence was the place where the family used to spend holidays, later it became their principal permanent address.
  
  But in 1950 this beautiful country house was abandoned. The Minervas , the current owners of the residence, with a patience of job and with a careful restoration, brought the house back to its original splendour. The charming position, the perfumes of Salento's countryside, the crystal clear waters make Tenuta Nucci an exclusive residence to spend holidays.
  
  The Tenuta has three banqueting rooms, five rooms, seven toilets, a panoramic terrace, a hypogeum wine cellar and, in point of being completed, a wellbeing little room provided with a small swimming pool, steam bath and an outdoor swimming pool plunged in a park of eight thousand square metres. All rooms are equipped with essential facilities such as air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, in room safe.
  
  A heating system made up of eleven solar panel provides hot water to the whole structure.
  
  The Tenuta rises in the wonderful countryside of Salento at just few kilometres from the seashore on which lay the wonderful beaches of Porto Cesareo, S. Isidoro, and the important historical and naturalistic places like Palude del Capitano (the Captain's marsh), Torre Uluzzo (Uluzzo Tower) and Portoselvaggio bay, finally go to complete towards the south with the seaside towns of S. Caterina and S. Maria al Bagno, the Quattro Colonne (The four Columns), the Montagna Spaccata (The split Mountain) towards the town of Gallipoli.
