The Organic Farm "Mill" is located in Borgo Val di Taro, Parma Apennines at an altitude of 650 m, Varacola on the creek, along the ancient route of communication Borgo Val di Taro-Bardi. The current building was constructed in 1850 on an existing building undated.
A bridge, probably Roman, connects the two banks of the river near the mill.

The wood-burning oven behind the house, can cook food according to the ancient traditions of World Farmer. The layered rocks of the Mesozoic era, which rises steeply from the river and dominates the south side of the house, gives the classic landscape of the Apennines, a unique feature. The apartments are complete with all facilities, are rented for weekend, but also for longer periods.
