In the summer season I rent a one-room apartment with a large terrace after partial renovation.

From May to the end of September. We prefer rental for 14 days, possibly even weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Rental price per week from 250 euros to 550.
Air conditioning fee 25 euros.
Cleaning fee 40 euros.
Deposit 200 euros.
We do not accept pets and smoking is prohibited.

Residence ALVORADA is located in Porto Santa Margherita - Caorle, surrounded by greenery with a swimming pool, 250 meters from access to the sea and the central part of the resort. Spacious one-room apartment for 3/4 people located on the third floor, two elevators.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room (double bed + sofa 140 cm) with kitchenette, bathroom, large terrace 14 m2.

Partly renovated: newly furnished, security doors, plastic windows with low-emission double glazing, sliding insect screen, electric shutters, air conditioning with heat pump, motorized awning with wind sensor, new floor on the terrace, reserved parking space in the building.

The residence is always very well maintained thanks to the constant presence of the caretaker during the summer.
