- Don't you want to move during your stay? Do you want to have everything at your disposal? Looking for a city full of life? Gallipoli is the place for you. This city is suitable for all those who love to have fun and spend time with friends. There are several areas where you can find apartments to rent and/or buy. The area of Baia Verde, a central area of tourism in Gallipoli, is definitely the most suitable for those who want to rent an apartment for the holiday period and in this case the average price is about 60£ per night. You can buy apartments in Gallipoli . As for a possible purchase of a property, the starting price is about 120,000£. Compared to the Green Bay which is more "isolated" from the city, a house in Gallipoli (center) is definitely a comfort not indifferent, provided that the house provides at least one parking space (especially necessary for the summer). A very suggestive zone of Gallipoli is its historical center, that is slightly detached from the city, but connected to it through a bridge. In this area the average prices for rent are about 400£+ for short term stays. Gallipoli vecchio is certainly more expensive than the rest of the city, but the atmosphere that it can give is undoubtedly priceless.

- Looking for a place overlooking the sea, but away from the chaos? Do you want to live a relaxing holiday with facilities above the average target? So, I recommend Santa Maria di Leuca. Leuca is the most eastern city in Italy and right in its waters meet the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea, a very impressive spectacle. Looking for a property with the possibility of renting or buying is really very simple, although the prices are slightly higher than the average, this is mainly due to the fact that Leuca is considered an elite place. Depending on the area the rent may vary, but we start from a base price of 300£ even for short stays. It is much more difficult to purchase real estate. Keep in mind that the construction of the houses in Leuca is horizontal, so it follows exactly the coast, so the houses are located (almost all) a stone's throw from the sea.

If you were thinking of looking for a property in Lecce, know that you have in front of you a very wide choice, I will point out the main areas. The areas of Santa Rosa and Porta Rudiae, very close to the historic center, are those occupied most by university students (as a result, many apartments are occupied for much of the year) and the average rent is about 180 € / month. The same can be said for the area of Piazza Mazzini, with the only difference that the monthly rent may be a little higher than in previous areas. In the historic center, however, the monthly rent starts at 400£ to reach even 800£. For the purchase the starting price (for a two-roomed flat) is 50.000£.

The white alleys, low traffic and the beautiful view of the hinterland, give this small village a really disarming tranquility. Peace and tranquility, here, are assured. There are few possibilities to rent, but many are those of buying a property in Specchia, with a starting price of 50,000£.

The territory of Salento, despite all the difficulties, is welcoming to tourists and has a very special feature: the tranquility. Really very difficult to find nowadays.
