The province of Brescia, for the most part of its extension, is surrounded by greenery. There are several natural parks that deserve to be visited, however the place of greatest attraction of this province is, without a doubt, Lake Garda. There are many towns that overlook the lake and that live on tourism, I will try to tell you about the most particular, and interesting, from the point of view of tourism and real estate. 

- The first place I want to talk about is Sirmione, a town that overlooks the southern side of the lake. The first thing you should do once you arrive is a long walk inside the city and the historic center, I'm sure you will be amazed by the beauty of the facilities and the fact that many of them face the lake. The city is rich in history and buildings that deserve to be discovered, but the activities that you can do are the most varied, one of the most beautiful is the boat trip. There are many possibilities for excursions during the day: in the morning, in the afternoon and at sunset (the most suggestive moment). Sirmione also has a wonderful spa, where you can spend a relaxing day. If you think that this city could be right for you, know that finding a property in Sirmione is easy, although there are not many opportunities for choice. The average price is about 100.000€.

- Are you a lover of water sports and wind like windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc.? Then know that on the northern shore of Lake Garda there is a town called Riva del Garda that is constantly battered by strong winds during the year and for this reason is considered a reference point for all lovers of the sector. In the city you will find many shops and dedicated facilities. If, on the other hand, what you are looking for is a bit of healthy trekking, I suggest you to do together with friends or family the "Sentiero del Ponale", a wonderful path with a panoramic view that will leave you breathless. The activities to do in this city are so many, as are the many possibilities of buying a property in Riva del Garda, the price varies depending on the structure, however, the starting point is 200,000 €.

- Another place I want to talk to you about is the capital: the city of Brescia. Its historical importance is very important especially for the presence of an ancient monastery, buildings and basilicas, with bronzes and frescoes of the Middle Ages. A very suggestive place of the city is the Castle of Brescia, which preserves the typical structure of a fairytale castle, the ramparts and the drawbridge make the visitor think to be, even for a moment, to have gone back in time. An experience that I recommend you to live is that of Brescia Underground; changing your point of view is one of the things that makes you appreciate more a place, imagine to discover, with a group of professionals, the underground Brescia! The average price for buying a property in the city is variable, as the sale is mainly of townhouses (160,000 €) or real villas (900,000 €).
